Summary:
The TM Coordinator partners with the Senior Transition Management team to support large, global change initiates within Employee Experience Technology by creating awareness and adoption. On a project team, Transition Management acts as an internal consultant.
Duties:
- TM Coordinator will create and edit stakeholder presentations (PowerPoint) through a strong storytelling lens
- Create instructional walk-through materials to be used in training opportunities
- Work with stakeholders to gather feedback and present using metrics-based reporting
- Compose and distribute communication materials for the project to internal stakeholders and end users
- Two years of experience working with large scale initiatives in a change management and/or project management role, with familiarity of change management theory and methodologies
- Proven experience developing training and project presentation materials is required to be successful in the role
- Experience using Slack, Zoom, and Email for various project communication within the project team and stakeholders
