C#, C++ Lead Integration Software Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a C#, C Lead Integration Software Engineer in San Leandro, CA.

Duties Include:
* Lead complex initiatives on selected domains
* Lead Integration Software Engineer will ensure systems are monitored to increase operational efficiency and managed to mitigate risk
* Define opportunities to maximize resource utilization and improve processes while reducing cost
* Lead, design, develop, test, and implement applications and system components, tools and utilities, models, simulation, and analytics to manage complex business functions using sophisticated technologies
* Resolve coding, testing and escalated platform issues of a technically challenging nature
* Lead team to ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area are met and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives
* As a Lead Integration Software Engineer, you will mentor less experienced software engineers
* Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including managers
* Lead team to achieve objectives
* Partner with production support and platform engineering teams effectively

REQUIREMENTS:
* Must have 3-5 years of experience working in a lab environment and integrating software and hardware on a Windows based client
* Expertise with C# and C Programming
* Microsoft Windows

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. This range may be modified in the future.
