DevOps Capability Engineer, Senior

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a DevOps Capability Engineer, Senior in McLean, VA.

Overview:
As a DevOps Developer on our team, you will use your development experience to streamline our software development life cycle from requirements to monitoring in production. You will incorporate open-source tools, automation, and cloud resources to cut down on tedious, boring tasks and free up the team's developers to do what they do best - innovate. The DevOps Capability Engineer, Senior will implement continuous integration and delivery to limit manual testing and troubleshooting. This is an opportunity to build your experience in automating infrastructure provisioning and DevOps for a critical application providing timely benefits to citizens.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree
* Experience with designing, consuming, operating and or troubleshooting HashiCorp Vault and Terraform in a production environment
* Experience automating infrastructure provisioning
* Experience with a DevOps culture, and strong understanding of continuous integration and delivery such as CI/CD
* Experience with automating solutions using one or more languages Python, PowerShell or Terraform
* Experience with automation such as Ansible or Python and associated tooling such as Git or Jenkins
* Knowledge of containerization and container orchestration technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes
* Knowledge of concepts and technologies in DevOps, IT operations, security, Cloud, microservices, containers and scheduling platforms
* Knowledge of Credentials Management solutions such as BeyondTrust, CyberArk, HashiCorp and Vault
