RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Madison, NJ that is seeking a GA4 Migration Specialist that is responsible for leading web and app analytics implementations across the company enterprise. The role will work together with Analysts, Engineering, QA and Product Teams to ensure web analytics optimization strategy is effectively employed. The GA4 Migration Specialist will act as the analytics expert behind the company's web analytics platform, playing a key role in performance measurement aimed at driving data driven decisions. This person is expected to be a champion for the analytics and tracking discipline within the organization - they will be responsible for:
Responsibilities:
* Promoting a tagging and tracking mentality throughout the organization
* Working cross-functionally to incorporate best practices into process and practice across products
* Spending most of time in Google Tag manager
* Deliver on tag requirements and specifications according to IT needs
* Need to be a tagging specialist and generalist in practice
* Create and manage reports
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5 years of experience in Google Suite
* 4 years of experience in web analytics using Google Analytics suite
* Experience with Web Analytics packages, Site Tagging and Tag Management, QA, requirements gathering, database management, and data analytics
* Strong business sense and a willingness to rapidly ramp up
* Self-starter & creative, quantitative thinker, someone comfortable pushing for discipline and structured thinking amidst disparate data sets, processes, and siloed product initiatives
* Has worked as a Web Analyst or Tag Analyst
* Experience in migrating Universal Analytics to GA4
* Functional in Google Looker Studio, Google FireBase, Google BigQuery (or SQL skills). Google Optimize
* Expert and well-versed in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
* Functional proficiency with web technologies, including HTML, JavaScript with knowledge of browser cookies, dependencies, and cross domain tracking
* Ability to understand and communicate with IT team
* Familiarity with databases, data maintenance, and query languages - R, Python, SQL, BigQuery - preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
