Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Juno Beach, FL that is seeking an ITSM Business Analyst/PM. The ITSM Business Analyst/PM should be a skilled critical thinker with the ability to evaluate and manage existing workflows, while also architecting and implementing new workflows to solve the evolving needs across the organization.
Responsibilities:
* The ITSM Business Analyst/PM will serve as business analyst 80%
* Server as project manager 20%
* Understand data modeling - referential data
* ServiceNow experience- preferred
* Subject matter expert of our core ITSM systems, integrations, and dependencies
* Workflow modeling
* As an ITSM Business Analyst/PM, you will create and maintain technical design and support documentation
REQUIREMENTS:
* ITIL certification
* ITSM certification
* ServiceNow ITOM certification
* 3 years of experience in administration of ITSM tools
* Business Analyst experience
* Expertise with creating & troubleshooting various workflows & integrations
* Knowledge on the ServiceNow core platform modules and applications (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset, Request. Catalog, Service Portal, Flow Designer, etc.)
* Understanding of ITSM and ITIL processes
* Experience with Agile
* Experience building transform maps to import external data sources and maintaining integrations
* Experience with integrations (API)
* Experience with Service Mapping
* Outstanding communication skills as well as proficiency in interpreting results and formulating recommendations/action plans
* Data Modeling experience
* Ability to understand how business models work
* Understanding of ITIL preferred
* Ability to manage conversations with business customers
* Strong verbal skills
* Strong interpersonal skills
