RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client, is currently seeking a Telecommunications Engineer to work onsite in Silver Spring, MD.
Key Tasks:
* Telecommunications Engineer will be responsible for on-site technical support of assigned customer audio and video, as well as Zoom, Cable TV, customer TV, Show and Share, and MeetingPlace incidents and service requests
* Provide support and testing of all video and audio systems to determine the system functionality issues within the customer environment and will complete all assigned incident tickets to resolution
* As a Telecommunications Engineer, you will provide primary Video Teleconferencing (VTC) support
* Provide users with a familiarization & refresher training
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5 years of experience with video teleconferencing equipment and capabilities, networks, policies, and network protocols required to plan, schedule, and conduct VTC services Zoom audio and web background
* This is not an AV technician or meeting scheduler role
* Applicants must be fully authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
