RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Fully Remote Workday HCM Consultant to come in and assist with the migration to the new component (onboarding).
Summary:
The company is currently working on implementing workday across IT and are looking for experts to come in and assist with supporting the tool at scale. The Onboarding dashboard is like a one-stop shop landing page (dashboard) for all things onboarding related for new hires/rehires - you can add videos, links, and progress chart for onboarding tasks.
REQUIREMENTS:
* 3 years of Workday HCM experience
* Heavy experience with Onboarding and setting up dashboards
* Workday report writing experience
* In depth technical experience within workday HCM (need more technical capabilities - configurations/troubleshooting, etc., over functional)
* Very strong communicator and confident in communicating to leaders and stakeholders
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
