A Kforce client is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Fort Washington, PA.Summary:The Senior Project Manager is a hands-on position responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of multiple complex projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals. The Senior Project Manager applies professional principles, practices, and techniques to lead project teams and control project schedule, cost, scope, and quality to ensure the project objectives are met for the business and within technology.Principal Duties:
- Develop high-level and detailed cross-team project plans
- Ensure scope and approach are fully understood by all stakeholders. Responsible to thoroughly understand and communicate stakeholder requirements
- As a Senior Project Manager, you will identify and track key project milestones and baseline the critical path
- Monitor and communicate the progress of project delivery and ensure timely and effective communication of project status in terms of scope, resources, schedule, and cost
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Project Manager - 3 to 6 years of project management experience leading projects end to end
- Experience with working with medium-large IT Projects. Mortgage experience is not necessary
- PMP Certification (Desired)
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
