What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatcher position at KGPCo?
SUMMARY: Dispatchers are responsible for communicating with customers, leadership, technicians and other company representatives to assist and resolve field related inquiries or problems. The dispatcher is a main point of contact and will coordinate and schedule field service repairs, appointments, etc.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following; Other duties may be assigned:
- Manage phone lines to provide consistent availability in the dispatch call-center
- Communicate with supervisor on issues or concerns relayed by field technicians.
- Track and monitor technician job status within time frames and adjust workload when necessary.
- Access and input information in the customer’s database and internal systems.
- Perform pre and post calls to subscribers.
- May prepare reports or perform other similar duties as requested.

- At least two years of customer service is required, preferably in a call-center environment
