What are the responsibilities and job description for the Host/Hostess position at Khao Sen?
Khao Sen, a new restaurant set to open in Fuquay Varina, NC is looking for a couple of host/hostesses to join team. We are located on 2100 Gathering Square Court. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and hard-working.
No need to apply without previous hosting and/or OpenTable Software experience.
Responsibilities
- Greeting customers and making them feel welcome
- Utilizing OpenTable Table Management software to monitor floor activity to determine current wait time
- Call future shift reservations to confirm information
- Server assistance during busy times
Qualifications
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Strong organizational and motivational skills
- Previous Hosting experience a must
- OpenTable Table Management Platform experience a plus
