JOB REQUIREMENTS : Are you passionate about driving growth and expandingmarket reach? We are seeking a dynamic Market Development Specialist tojoin our Inside Sales team based out of our Corporate office in GreenBay, WI.
As a key player in our organization, you will be responsiblefor identifying new business opportunities, developing marketingstrategies, and fostering relationships with clients and partners withinyour assigned district(s).
Responsibilities : Market Research andAnalysis : o Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities,and gaps. o Uncover additional key information on future opportunitiesusing various research methods (Dodge, AI, Business Journal, FieldLeads, government funds, etc.
o Translate insights into actionablestrategies. Strategic Planning, Collaboration and Communication : o Workwith sales leadership to develop market penetration strategies.
o Buildstrong working relationships with Field Sales Reps and District Leaders,as well as external relationships with key influencers who can helpidentify leads.
o Create comprehensive marketing plans to targetspecific industries and segments. o Allocate resources effectively toachieve growth objectives.
o Communicate with all necessary Field SalesReps, Inside Sales Specialists and District Leader 's regardinginbound / outbound opportunities and progress.
o Maintain and updateSalesforce accordingly. Lead Generation : o Build and maintain contactlists through various channels (third-party agencies, onlineacquisition, tradeshows, and social media).
o Call, email or directmessage prospective end customer contact leads found through syndicateddatabases and non-buy customers (lapsed customers of more than 3 years)or dormant leads found in Salesforce.
o Qualify all leads based onobtaining key information from prospects including but not limited tofurniture needs, project timelines, scale and scope of project, purchasedecision makers, A&D, dealer or general contractor involvement,purchasing requirements and budget.
o Provide detailed summaries toinside sales and / or field sales teams regarding prospects interest.Qualifications : Education : o Bachelor 's degree in a Business relatedfield or equivalent work experience.
Skills : o Strong written and verbalcommunication. o Active listening skills to understand customer needs. oPersuasive skills to communicate product benefits, overcome objections,and drive.

Compensation andBenefits : The hiring range for the Market Development Specialist is $26- $32 per hour and will be based on candidate 's experience.
