Position Summary
The Fleet Administrator contributes to the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of fleet assets through the analysis of available data, daily support of driver needs, and compliance with local authorities. Key personal qualities include strong organizational skills with attention to detail, an excellent communicator, and being able to efficiently work with outside vendors. A strong work ethic, moral standards with a high level of professionalism, organization, and pride in the quality of work performed will lead to success for this individual.
Compensation Data
Salary Range: $50,000 to $70,000

Essential Job Functions
- Assist in the administration and coordination of the organization’s fleet of motor vehicles
- Maintain accurate records of all company vehicles
- Administer vehicle fleet on maintenance and fuel card program
- Assist drivers with proper repair and insurance claim procedure
- Work with 3rdparty system to review and make informed decisions on fleet vehicle repairs
- Process title paperwork as necessary for purchases and sales of vehicles
- Work in close collaboration with management, oversee fleet vehicle planning and execution
- Coordinate the timely delivery of new fleet vehicles and removal of turn-in vehicles
- Acquire and or change fleet assignments on demand as needed with employee changes
- Maintain accurate vehicle driver records through a 3rdparty system, obtaining required information from drivers
- Audit fuel receipt reports
- Other duties as assigned
Experience, Education, Skills, and Knowledge
- Fleet management experience preferred
- Excellent clerical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to use computer and Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required
- Valid Driver’s License required
