Position Summary
As an Territory Sales Manager at Kibble Equipment, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships and driving sales within our B2B/Large Ag customer base. Serving as a trusted advisor, you will collaborate closely with customers to understand their agronomic, operational, and financial objectives, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs. Your responsibilities encompass sales, customer and technical support, strategic planning, and the seamless representation of all Kibble departments.
Job Responsibilities
- Cultivate and nurture key customer accounts to deliver exceptional experiences and solutions.
- Proactively identify sales opportunities and address customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Achieve established sales metrics for volume, margin, and customer engagement across assigned accounts.
- Guide customers in developing and realizing their agronomic, operational, and financial goals through strategic consultation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account information, including equipment and operational details, within the CRM system.
- Collaborate effectively with dealership personnel, including IS Consultants, Parts, and Service teams, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Act as the primary liaison between the dealership and customers, representing all departments with professionalism and expertise.
- Stay abreast of product knowledge pertaining to equipment, parts, and services available to customers, as well as financing and risk management options.
Qualifications
- Preferred 3 years of sales experience, with a demonstrated track record of success.
- Familiarity with John Deere or competitive equipment, along with a solid understanding of technology and agronomic trends.
- Knowledge of business, financial, and management practices within related industries.
- Exceptional customer relationship skills, with a focus on building rapport and trust.
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information and insights.
- Flexibility to work seasonal hours as required by the demands of the role.
