Key Responsibilities:

• Manage surgeon schedules, ensuring smooth operations.
• Travel for surgical support, training, and reporting.
• Maintain solid bonds with surgeons and hospital staff.
• Handle paperwork efficiently for orders and billing.
• Master product features and setups.
• Represent us at labs, events, and trade-shows.
• Provide OR case coverage and inventory control.
• Foster deep relationships with surgeon accounts and partners.
• Secure local hospital approvals for our products.
• Keep communication flowing on case schedules.
• Ensure accurate field inventory management.
• Attend meetings, trade-shows, and seminars.
• Prospect new surgeon accounts when not in surgery.
• Assist surgeons with research and branding.
• Provide vital reports to our management.

Requirements:

• 2 years of clinical experience in spine.
• Knowledge of MIS and complex spine procedures.
• Understanding of human anatomy and medical terminology.
• Positive relationships with orthopedic surgeons.
• Ability to support surgeons during complex surgeries.
• Ability to travel along the West Coast.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
