Kid Centered Therapy is looking for dedicated and compassionate *Certified Registered Technician to join our team to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to children and adolescents. Our services take place in different environments. KCT provides therapy services in the client’s natural environment, such as their home, school, or other community setting.
Registered Behavior Technician are responsible for implementing the behavior plan and goals created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The candidate will assist clients with day to day activities, monitor and track targeted behaviors, record and collect data on clients’ progress and communicate with clients. Other duties include clerical and administrative duties.
The current opening is for both morning and afternoon hours; consistent and stable hours provided.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Implement treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA and work in collaboration with other team members.
- Provide treatment at home and school settings as needed.
- Data collection and session note required at every session using Rethink software
- Collaborate with family, school staff, and KCT staff
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Minimum Qualifications:
- AHCA Background Level 2 check
- High school Degree or equivalent
- Associate or bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
- Experience working with kids
- Registered Behavior Technician, RBT Certification (Required)
- Medicaid ID number (Preferred but not required)
- National Provider Identifier NPI (Required)
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing to drive to their client’s varying locations. Driving is kept within an agreeable distance.
