Kid City USA is looking for director who want to use their amazing talents to make a difference in the lives of children, families and staff. The ideal candidate is engaged, has at least one year of director experience with management of state contracts, can lead with strength and has a high set of standards and work ethic.

- Develop a team of awesome early childhood educators
- Provide the best care for families and their children
- Develop positive relationships with children, staff, families and the community
- Use marketing and business skills to grow the center
- Work with the center owners to develop a community brand that is respected and sought after as 'best of the best'
Qualifications:
- Be a strong, respectful leader
- Outstanding communication, organizational, multi-task and solution based skills
- Financial accountability (budgets, revenue, etc.)
- Computer proficient (child care management software, spreadsheets, state based systems)
- Flexible (be able to meet the ever changing day to day demands of the field)
- Deliver high quality curriculum, integrate new ideas and standards as we learn more about brain research, ECE practices, etc.
- Deliver on the promise that everyone deserves to be treated with regard and consideration
- Maintain a safe and secure place for children to learn, grow and experience a strong early childhood foundation that can lead to future success
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
