Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the executive team.
- Complete any task assigned by members of the executive team.
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as needed.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating executive meetings and events.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Skills:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with computers and other office technology .
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
