Here we Grow Again! Our current Academy Director will be moving to our new Lincoln Park location and we have a wonderful opportunity for a Director of the Lincoln Square-Ravenswood location.
This position allows you to lead a team of qualified teachers and administrative staff in providing the best learning and development experience for children and their families. You’ll have the opportunity to combine your ECE experience with business management skills to influence the operations of the Academy. As a Center Director, you will be part of the management team responsible for managing the overall program including human resource development, staff scheduling, program planning, program implementation and evaluation; student assessments, family relations, community marketing, enrollments and academy operations.

What we ask you to have;
- Minimum two (2) years of full-time experience in managing center-based programs in an Assistant Director, Center Director, or similar management role.
- Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field required, Master's preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, solution-oriented leader with excellent organizational and communication skills and a proven record of maintaining effective relationships with staff, parents, and children.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
