Preschool Director

TCF Schools Management is seeking a new and positive addition to our administrative team. As the Director, you will help us to continuously develop an environment that prioritizes safety and nurtures creativity. Must Have:

• At least 1- 2 years of direct professional experience in an early childhood leadership setting as an Assistant Director
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• A.A or B.A in Education and or/ Directors Credential
• A strong understanding of child development.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification.
• Must clear full background check.
• Must be able to work Full Time hours M - F.

Job Responsibilities: Effectively operates and manages all aspects of a child care facility, to include enrollment building, family retention, human resources, marketing and quality assurance. Trains and develops the teaching staff to provide creative, age-appropriate programs to all children served at the academy. Actively develops and maintains positive customer/community relations. Maintains high capacity utilization and manages all resources effectively and within budget. Establishes strong working relationships with state licensing authorities.
