POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly capable and creative Merchandise Coordinator in our Las Vegas, Nevada Headquarters. This person will perform a variety of duties that require an understanding of the establishment's business practices. This position is responsible for advancing the merchandise department of the company and will assist and prioritize the COO/CEO’s time with managing merchandise both on the road and in the warehouse.
We want someone who is Creative! Motivated! and Ambitious! to help maintain and add growth to our merchandise department. We are looking for that special person who will bring new ideas to the table, who has experience working in Youth’s retail and stays on top of Youth and Preteen Merchandise trends. If you think you fit these qualities, then we’d love to interview you! 90% of this position will be in the company’s warehouse in Las Vegas. Some Travel is required throughout the competition season. This is a Full-Time, Hourly position with Medical Benefits, PTO and Paid Holidays.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Maintaining Cost Efficiency
* Managing and monitoring availability of stock counts in the Las Vegas warehouse and on the road during competition season
* Buying, Pricing, Tagging, Packing and Data Entry in Shopify
* Shipping Merchandise Replenishments to competition events and Restocking Trucks
* Regular Meetings with COO/CEO
* Preparing and Packing all Rolling Rack Cases
* General Upkeep of Merchandise Warehouse and Products
* Maintaining and Organizing an effective Merchandise Warehouse

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5 years Merchandise Experience
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in related field
• A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards
• Must be discrete, dependable, honest and trustworthy with the ability to maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times and possess the ability to properly handle sensitive information
• Must be articulate, communicative, and professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills when working with both internal and external contacts
• Expert level of proficiency with Shopify, MS Office products, including Word, Excel, Project, Power Point, and Google
• Candidate must demonstrate the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Exceptional organizational and research skills are required with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to meet designated deadlines is critical
• Must be able to handle a heavy calendar schedule and be flexible to a changing environment, acknowledging urgency when necessary
• Experience coordinating a large volume of Merchandise
• MUST be a team player with a positive, helpful, can-do attitude with a willingness to work beyond designated hours to complete assignments. MUST adhere to the company’s 10 Core Values

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Knowledge of computer applications; Microsoft, Excel, Google Suite
• Knowledge of MAC computers
• High school diploma is required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 5 years Retail experience

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Moderate but varying temperatures including coolness and humidity warehouse environment.

• The employee will be working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
