Kids Care Dental & Orthodontics is a northern California based practice that offers comprehensive services including preventive dental care, orthodontics and oral surgery for every gap-toothed, mischievous, silly, giggly smile. Must establish and maintain excellent professional communications among employees, management and vendors of Kids Care Dental & Orthodontics.
- Assists Talent Organization in carrying out various talent/human resource programs and procedures for all company employees.
- Participates in benefits administration to include initial setup, claims resolution, change reporting and reconciling and approving invoices for payment.
- Process verifications of employment.
- Processes Pay related tasks such as wage changes, child support orders, garnishments etc.
- Administers all administrative aspects of various HR related tasks.
- Responding to notices for the EDD regarding Unemployment and State Disability.
- Sorts and responds to physical mail addressed to the Talent team; Assists in responding to and distributing email directed to Talent.
- Coordinate employee off boarding; exit interview scheduling.
- Coordinate employee on boarding; processes background checks, build personalized PPW packets, add new hires to employee systems (Workplace, ADP, ThinkHR, DRCDental, etc)
- Maintains and creates employee personnel files; ADP Administration.
- Files EEO-1 report annually.
- Communicates with Revenue Recognition to track employee deductions.
- Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database as needed.
- Be organized. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
- Be able to anticipate the needs of the Talent Organization and be proactive with handling unforeseen or unplanned needs or circumstances with grace and speed.
- Be comfortable in a fast-paced environment that is constantly growing and changing.
- Showcase the ability to be a self-starter, getting the job done with limited direction.
- Proof documents with a keen eye and ensure the best possible work product.

Experience and Qualifications
The Talent Coordinator must have the ability to interact with individuals (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism. The Talent Coordinator has 1 years’ experience providing talent/human resources support in a fast-paced environment. Must be tech savvy and use electronic tools to make life easier. Associate’s Degree preferred, however extensive experience may be considered. Exceptional Microsoft Office expertise. Superior emotional intelligence and attention to detail in all interactions with clients, vendors and colleagues. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. An energetic, forward-thinking and creative mindset with high ethical standards and a professional demeanor. A solid track record of setting and achieving high standards of performance, assuming responsibility and accountability.
