What are the responsibilities and job description for the On-Site Manager position at Kids-U?
Responsibilities: Kids-U Operations
· Policies & Procedures
o Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed including child discipline policies
o Ensure that industry best practices are maintained providing a high-quality program.
o Ensure that Health & Safety procedures are being followed
· Leadership
o Serve in a supervisory capacity and as the primary contact for the Academic Coach.
o Work to train, coach and manage Academic Coaches
o Create an environment of teamwork
· Record Keeping/Files
o Maintain accurate and complete records for each child.
o Ensure staff has a daily count sheet.
o Ensure all food reports are reported daily by 5pm.
o Update the master list on database as new students enroll.
· On-Site
o Ensure that curriculum is being used correctly
o Ensure that site is clean, organized and well maintained
o Notify apartment management and maintenance staff regarding any concerns to the site
o Ensure that the Code of Conduct is uniformly observed, and that student discipline is appropriate and equitable in accordance with Kids-U policy and procedures
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
