KidStrong is looking for two full-time Franchise Marketing Coordinators to join its HQ team based in Frisco, TX (Hybrid remote & on-site, roughly 40/60 ratio) in Q1 2023. We will begin he actual interview process in late-December for these roles.

Summary:
The Franchise Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Marketing Ops Manager, marketing team, the HQ team and franchisees on day-to-day marketing operations. The ideal candidate will be a tech-savvy self-starter with a strong work ethic, top-notch time management and organizational skills, excellent written communication skills, the ability to problem-solve and work independently, and strong analytical skills. A keen eye for detail, ability to learn complex systems quickly, and comfort working in a fast-paced and flexible work environment are necessary. The Franchise Marketing Coordinator is a creative problem-solver, a do-er who derives joy from checking things off the list and getting things done as a critical member of the HQ marketing team! A passion for fitness, kids and education are a must. This role includes benefits (medical, dental, vision) as well as 2 weeks of PTO plus standard holidays.
Job Duties:
- The Franchise Marketing Coordinator will assist with monitoring and organizing benchmarks for measuring marketing data
- Provide project management and administrative support for marketing team to keep day-to-day marketing operations running smoothly
- Support onboarding for new KidStrong franchisees and deliver an exceptional customer service experience to franchisees and other staff, members and prospects
- Follow and enforce brand guidelines across all channels
- Complete miscellaneous marketing projects, as needed, for HQ and franchise team members
- Participate in weekly team meetings
- Complete other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Must demonstrate excellent communication skills

- Must be flexible – able to adjust to changing priorities, and multi-task under pressure
- Must have the ability to work within a team and independently
- Must be an A team member, looking to dig in and make an impact
- Must be able to work both at home, and attend meetings in-person as required (approx. 60/40 split)
- Must be able to quickly learn new technologies
Education/Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, in marketing, business, administration or a related field; or equivalent work experience
- Above-average skills in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Red-pen proofreading and editing skills are on point
- Familiar with technical aspects of Facebook Ads Manager/Business manager
- Mac OS expertise
- Experience with Google products (Drive, Calendar, Sheets, Docs, Slides), Google Analytics, Slack, Wix (or another CMS), Agorapulse are a bonus
- Appreciation for a well-placed gif, and a great sense of humor are non-negotiable!
