We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at KidzThrive ABA. As a BCBA, you will combine your knowledge and experience with our innovative treatment techniques to change our clients’ lives.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine the needs of individuals with Autism Spectrum disorder
- Develop individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment results
- Implement behavior intervention plans and provide ongoing support and supervision to ensure effectiveness
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to intervention plans
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as therapists and educators, to ensure a coordinated approach in supporting individuals with ASD
- Provide training and guidance to caregivers, teachers, and other professionals on behavior management techniques
- Share your knowledge and experience through direct supervision, support, training with our growing team of behavioral technicians
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Current BCBA license (depending on state)
- Demonstrated skills implementing applied behavioral analysis (ABA) with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related disorders
- Ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments
- Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills while working in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
