From after-school programs, summer camps, and coding boot camps, KidzToPros has taught over 1,000,000 curriculum hours to more than 35,000 students in more than 400 schools across the U.S.
We are looking for a high-energy talented Recruiting professional to join our team. You will own the 2nd interview recruitment process for instructor job openings in a designated USA territory. The right person will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, can handle ambiguity, and work quickly and effectively. You are a collaborative team-player, a relationship-builder and have a passion for finding great talent!
Responsibilities:
- Enter details of all new contracts into database.
- Work alongside our Talent Acquisition Manager and Talent Coordinator to source, attract and retain top talent for open corporate roles across our brand portfolio.
- Proactively identify ways to source passive candidates using LinkedIn and other social sites.
- Introduce new and innovative ways to engage talent for hard to fill roles.
- Actively source, prescreen candidates, interview, and present candidates to hiring managers.
- Work with hiring managers to define and understand their needs, align on a plan to recruit, manage the hiring process, review, and analyze resumes, provide search updates, and hire the best talent for the team.
- Ensure a phenomenal candidate experience by providing clear communication with candidates throughout the interview process.
- Fine-tune and tweak the recruiting operations and processes, making recommendations for improvement.
- Promote the internal and external hiring process including marketing the position, sourcing and identifying talent, candidate selection, communicating with applicants, managing the interview process, and negotiating offers.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, networking, social media channels and stays current on recruitment trends.
