Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Field Engineer. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced construction professionals to support the construction process from pre-construction to project closeout.

Responsibilities
Assist in the development of project plans and schedules
Review and interpret project specifications and drawings
Monitor project progress and report on construction activities to management
Conduct field inspections to ensure compliance with design and specifications
Support the preparation of change orders and project documentation
Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and equipment
Perform quantity take-offs and assist in estimating activities as required
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field
0-2 years of experience in the construction industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Willingness to travel and work on job sites as required
