Position Overview: The Production Bay 5 Warehouse Technician is responsible for the timely, accurate loading of outbound shipments, store finished goods from production line. Responsible for updating and maintaining inventory in several different computer systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow all safety procedures and work as safe as possible at all times.
- Clean dock plates.
- Inspect products on pallets to ensure they are as described by the “Production Work Order” form.
- Operate floor scrubber.
- Comply with Spill Prevention Control and Counter Measures.
- Operate “Walk and Push” floor scrubber.
- Charge Electric lift trucks/fill battery cells when necessary.
- Operate baler.
- Complete the Inventory Control cleaning inspection checklist.
- Complete line checks and receiving forms for trucks.
- General
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere and interaction with customers, co-workers, and management.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Regular and punctual attendance.
- Work scheduled shift, weekends, and extended hours as required.
- Unload/Load trailers.
- Receive and inspect packaging materials.
- Ship product from Bay 5.
- Segregate non-conforming products and materials and ensure they are placed on hold.
- Perform daily finished goods and product hold counts.
- Create ILS tags and manufacturing orders.
- Create/delete BOL (bill of lading) for products using SAP.
- Store and receive chemicals following proper requirements.
- Daily floor count of finished product.
- Perform month end audit of product shipment for Bay 5.
- Place non-conforming finished product on hold.
- Re-work non-conforming product.
- Competency and attainment determined by job performance.
- Strong ability to work unsupervised.
- Assist with training Production Bay 5 Warehouse Technicians.

Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma or G.E.D required
- Three months related experience preferred
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Warehouse experience in the Beverage industry preferred.
- Single and double forklift certification, required.
Language Skills: English is required, and the ability to speak Spanish is desirable.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

The employee is regularly exposed to changes in production facility temperature based on environmental conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places. The noise level in the work environment is usually very loud.
