Kimberly-Clark is looking for an ambitious, self-driven and talented individual to lead our Enterprise Supply Chain (ESC) Capital Innovation team. In this role you will be responsible for leading global capital innovation programs across KC to promote asset standards and drive advancements in emerging technologies while ensuring best practices are incorporated into the global capital roadmap.

Role Accountabilities
  • Lead definitions on new technology advancement pace and sequencing
  • Ensure emerging technologies and best practices are incorporated into global capital roadmap
  • Responsible for defining asset standard and leading standardization projects for new technologies to Kimberly-Clark in partnership with the Capital Governance team and ABUs
  • Oversees execution of strategic prioritized programs
  • Control resource allocation and sufficiency for prioritized projects
  • Work in partnership with Procurement and Global Capital Governance team to evaluate and select partners for new-to-world innovation programs
  • Ensure engineering standards are consistent with industry standards and that KC is driving capital efficiency on all projects
  • Lead strategy for Factory of the Future
  • Collaborate with Segments and ABUs to create a roadmap for capital deployment in partnership with the Global Capital Governance team.
  • Provide capital engineering support for Enterprise Markets as required


Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering or related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise leading and delivering large-scale capital projects within budget and on time
  • Experience in Project Management Office
  • Experience in implementing sustainable and environmental-efficient solutions
  • Advanced understanding of engineering principles in manufacturing and production facilities
  • Proficient knowledge of global manufacturing (CPG) trends and best practices in capital project management
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
  • Ability to lead and influence in a matrixed organization and hierarchy
  • Effective, consistent global communications and stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness to travel for on-site assessments and collaboration with segments and ABUs globally (up to 25%)
