Summary:
As a member of the Product & Consumer Sciences (PCS) team at Product & Consumer Experience (PACE), you will partner with Study Managers, other Study Coordinators, and R&E customers to conduct research involving human subjects in support of achieving business strategies and objectives. The role is responsible for the preparation of supplies, samples, equipment, paperwork, and testing rooms required to for executing human subject testing. This role is also responsible for providing work direction and education to contingent labor staff.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Study Manager and site staff to ensure studies are executed according to HST standards.
- Train on-site contract staff as necessary to comply with study plans.
- Execute questionnaire programming for each study.
- Recruit, schedule and prepare pay sheets for study participants on every study.
- Recommend FAST/Event Pro system modifications and provide support to study participants (for both on and off-site testing).
- Oversee test participant safety, health, and welfare during studies.
- Maintain study supplies and maintenance of study props/instrumentation.
- Maintain record retention for documents/samples as per guidelines.
- Influence Describe the audience this role will interact with and the level of influence they will have on those roles (i.e., explain whether the role has influence regarding decisions and the impact of those decisions, the level of leadership this role interacts with and at what frequency, etc.).

This role will influence study managers, other study coordinators and R&E customers.
Responsible for partnering with customers to ensure all study materials, supplies and documents are compiled in a timely manner to execute the study. - This role will provide work direction to contingent staff on product prep and study execution, training staff as needed in new study methodologies.
Required (essential for the job):
- Lead testing logistics which can include recruiting, scheduling, study material procurement and contractor logistics.
- Provide training to onsite study support staff.
- Recommend and drive workflow enhancements.
- Management and support for data obtained from studies.
- Partner with study managers and researchers to execute testing aligned with business priorities.
- 2 years of experience in an office or research setting.
- Bachelor’s degree. Would consider Associate’s degree and relevant experience.
Preferred (not essential, but desired):
- Utilization of study software which can include FAST system, EyeQuestion, or Labvantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Utilization of ETQ system for study work instructions.
