As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, optimizing and problem-solving manufacturing processes in a manner that meets safety, quality, and operational performance expectations. Candidates are recognized for their theoretical engineering knowledge, and fundamental process understanding. In this role, you will: Lead the process portion of various engineering projects Analyze data to identify production losses and provide focus for continuous improvement activities Lead processes and product changes in order to support business needs Provide design, development, and optimization of converting and manufacturing equipment and processes to meet unit objectives Carry out all job responsibilities in a safe manner Develop equipment and processes that meet corporate and provincial safety codes, policies and guidelines Provide for the safety and wellbeing of operators, maintenance, and other personnel.
