Hiring for a Commercial Senior PM/Estimating Manager, responsible for managing and overseeing commercial projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery. As a Senior PM/Estimating Manager, you will coordinate project estimations, manage budgets, and ensure that projects are executed with the highest quality and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Fluency/experience in Office Tenant Improvement Construction Management
- Identify scope and assemble estimates (BlueBeam Revu, Adobe, & Excel). Note estimates primarily made by estimating team for your review
- Identify and track market price trends to maximize profitability
- Maintain sales analytics data
- Outreach to clients establishing relationships
- Management of estimating team (3 total)
- Plan for growth in sales and sales department
- Track awarded projects through procurement, production, and installation to ensure the target margin achieved
- Identify and price changes to scope through all phases of procurement, production, and installation
- Coordinate and communicate closely with other departments (Accounting, Operations, and Engineering)
