Manager, Solutions

Job location: Chennai, India

As a key contributor to the success of our Professional Services objectives, you will provide leadership and support to a team of Solution Architects, Solution Consultants and Integration Consultants in North America.  You will work in tandem with Client Partners and Delivery Managers to ensure that our project teams are excelling in solution deployments for our customers.

What You'll Do

• Lead a team of Architects and Consultants based in North America.
• Consult with Client Partners to understand scope and skills requirements for solution deployments.
• Proactively work with Delivery Managers to plan team member assignments and manage overall resource staffing.
• Drive towards achievement of team utilization, revenue and management targets.
• Ensure that your team consistently follows best practices.
• Work closely with Product Management to influence RapidResponse® development based on field innovation.
• Ensure Professional Services is positioned to effectively deploy new functionality.
• Provide mentoring, career guidance and technical support to team members.
• Assist project deployments when needed, spanning from customer requirements scoping through go-live activities.

Things You Should Have

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience and domain expertise in one or more of the 6 key industries served (Automotive, High-Tech, Pharma/Lifesciences, Aerospace and Defense, CPG, Industrial)
• Leadership skills to operate in a dynamic and exciting environment
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation and time management skills
• Adaptability and strong initiative required for success in this role
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast paced environment
• Ability and willingness to travel primarily in North America (Global when necessary) approximately 20%
• College/University degree - Business, Supply Chain, Computer Science or Process Engineering preferred.

• Experience with manufacturing planning solutions such as Kinaxis, SAP, JDA, etc.
