Duties:
- Create a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the social, emotional, and intellectual growth of each child.
- Plan and conduct engaging activities that encourage learning through play and exploration.
- Provide individualized attention and support to meet the unique needs of each child.
- Monitor and assess the progress of each child, documenting observations and maintaining records.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education.
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior and discipline when necessary.
Experience:
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting.
- Familiarity with curriculum development and implementation.
- Knowledge of child welfare practices and regulations.
- Experience working with students with special education needs is a plus.
- Ability to effectively manage classroom dynamics and behavior.
We are looking for a dedicated Infant Teacher who is passionate about early childhood education.
