What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Time Child Care Educator position at Kindercare Learning Centers?
Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and naptime
- Assist with feeding, diapering, and potty training as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare space
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of the children
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children, such as in a daycare, preschool, or as a nanny
- Knowledge of childhood development and age-appropriate activities
- Ability to manage behavior and create a positive and supportive environment
- First aid and CPR certification preferred
- Experience working with students with special education needs is a plus
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues

Pay: $13.40 - $14.95 per hour
