The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical office management and possess excellent customer service skills. *Responsibilities* - Assist with medical coding and documentation review - Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors and answering phones - Utilize computerized systems such as Athenahealth for scheduling and billing - Ensure compliance with HIPAA and Medicare regulations - Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors - Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed *Experience* - Prior experience in medical office management is preferred - Proficiency in using Athenahealth or similar electronic health record systems - Familiarity with phone systems and handling patient inquiries - Knowledge of medical coding practices and documentation requirements - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
