Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their unique situations. The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving business development and expanding our market presence.
Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Identify potential customers and analyze market trends to create targeted sales strategies.
- Utilize Square POS systems to process card payments.
- Conduct negotiations with clients to close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Upsell products and services to existing customers by understanding their evolving needs.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to align strategies and achieve sales goals between our two stores.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Bring a vibrant attitude to strengthen relationships built with customers. We try to provide a professional yet friendly atmosphere for all customers.
- Sales associates are responsible for testing units thoroughly making notes of its operating condition to ensure proper working order. Testing and cleaning as well as paperwork must be kept on each unit.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or related fields is preferred.
- Strong skills in upselling and negotiating effectively with clients.
- Familiarity with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Publisher.)
- Ability to analyze pricing of competitors to provide solid pricing that gives us an edge on providing low prices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. - Must be able to handle customer relations, good or bad.
- Must wear steel toe or composite toe shoes during work ours. High heels and slides are not acceptable.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
-Must be able/willing to use basic tools and be able to dolly appliances.
-Full training on all aspects will be provided for efficiency, safety, and quality.
