Our business is seeking enthusiastic and skilled Sales Associates to join our team. The ideal candidate will be friendly, personable, and possess strong communication skills. The Sales Associates are responsible for helping customers find the products they are looking for and providing excellent customer service. We're interested in interviewing candidates who have experience working in a retail setting, experience working with customers and an understanding of basic sales techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Use Excel spreadsheets to calculate and track the sales performance of your entire sales team.
- Organize and maintain data on product inventory and sales by product category.
- Monitor sales figures and make decisions on sales strategy.
- Organize inventory and make recommendations to store management on stock levels and product placement.
- Use good judgment when dealing with customers, carriers, vendors, store management, and coworkers.
