* This is a full time job with 3 days a week in the office in Beverly, MA and 2 days a week remote.

- Logo concepts
- Wordmarks
- Collateral
- Color palettes
- Brand guidelines
Websites:
You’re knowledgeable about modern web practices and understand the how to design for a responsive environment.
Includes:
- Full website builds (the ability to design and prototype in Adobe XD is a plus)
- Landing pages
- KingFish agency site
Editorial:
You have a keen sense of layout, grid, whitespace, and typography. A "less is more" approach, but you’re able to amp up the creativity when necessary.
Includes:
- eBooks
- Infographics
- Whitepapers research
Social media
Includes:
- Client and KingFish social feed assets
Your M.O. / Requiremetns
- 6 years experience, minimum of 3 years experience in an agency setting.
- A strong portfolio site showing a range of work.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative suite: particularly XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Figma.
- Working knowledge of best practices in UX.
- Working knowledge of WordPress.
- Motion graphics skills are a plus.
- You manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high caliber creative. Shifting priorities/ambiguity do not scare you.
- You act as a steward of the KingFish Partners brand: this includes designing and developing pages and case studies on the agency website, collaborating with our CEO to support various new business initiatives and RFP requests, and managing our social media channels.
- Work collaboratively with our Graphic Designer, Account, Strategy team and clients to develop & execute creative for a broad array of integrated marketing deliverables.
- Lead the creative development of campaigns and marketing programs including websites, brand identity suites, content marketing assets, social media creative and video shoots.
- Present fresh thinking and inspired creative concepts both internally and to clients.
- Manage and mentor our Designers on best practices & cultivate a culture that values a high level of craft & creative excellence.
- Recruit & manage third party partners which include web developers, photographers, content producers, and a bench of freelance graphic designers.
- Continually look at the competition and stay current with design trends & technology.
- Possess strong conceptual thinking and the ability to translate that thinking into sophisticated and elevated design solutions for our clients.
- Maintain great attention to detail, taking pride in the finished product.
- Bring conceptual thinking that reaches deep and delivers the unexpected.
- Jump in and brainstorm ideas for campaigns, proposals, and internal agency projects.
- Be proactive—you do not wait for others to tell you what to do. When there is something you’re unsure of, you know how to use Google and can figure things out.
- You effectively communicate with both clients and your teammates. You know when to reach out for help and are quick to offer the same.
- You’re comfortable walking clients through your work and rationale both over video calls and in-person. You’re a design nerd, but you’re able to tailor your language and delivery to suit any audience.
