Position: Sr. HRIS (HR Information System) Analyst – Human Resources
Position may be REMOTE or eligible for RELOCATION REIMBURSEMENT
Hours/Shift: Full Time
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum two years of project management experience and HRIS systems implementation experience.
- Kronos experience strongly preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- The Senior HRIS Analyst’s primary focus is the support the maintenance of the human resources information management system (HRMS) in addition to other systems supported by Information Systems.
- The Senior HRIS Analyst will also focus on Human Resources related application projects performing project management duties with regards to the planning, designing, installation, configuration, and integration of systems within the KHI enterprise environment.
- Projects will be of varying complexities and durations such as task statement development or input, requirements gathering and development, system designs to include upgrades, or enhancements, or next level of technology recommendations/implementation.
- This position serves as an application support point of contact for Human Resources related functional areas and ensures data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.
- The Senior HRIS Analyst also supports HRMS upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned. The Senior HRIS Analyst will work closely with the HR Department to assure an integrated approach to all systems.
