Barista- Starbucks

Starbucks is seeking Baristas to provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming store environment.

Kings Dominion is hiring Baristas for Starbucks. This position contributes to Starbucks success by providing legendary customer service to all guests. This job creates the Starbucks Experience for our guests by providing guests with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver legendary customer service by acting with a guest comes first attitude and connecting with the guest. Discover and respond to customer needs.
• Follow operational policies and procedures to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace so that partners can locate resources and product as needed.
• Provide quality beverages and products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
• Act with integrity and honesty and promote the culture, values and mission of Starbucks.
• Anticipate customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues.
• Assist with new partner training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by recognizing alarms or changes in partner morale and performance.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
