We are currently seeking a highly motivated, adaptable HR Assistant to join our rapidly growing team! We have an amazing web presence, recognizable brand, great reputation and top notch customer reviews.

In this role, you will assist with general full cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, calendar management, candidate follow-ups, job postings, and other administrative tasks as necessary.

This is an entry level position and we will train the right candidate with an eagerness to learn and begin a career in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities:

Coordinating a high volume of interviews amongst multiple departments and hiring managers.
Schedule and coordinate phone, onsite, and virtual interviews.
Deliver a world class and highly responsive candidate experience.
Assist with interviewing and screening candidates.
Work closely with talent acquisition leadership around the continuous improvement of hiring and onboarding practices.
Assist with general administrative support around full cycle recruiting.
Great organization, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
Familiarity with posting on job boards, writing job descriptions and managing a talent pipeline.

Qualifications:

0-1 years of experience in administration, talent acquisition, recruiting or human resources.
College degree preferred.
Technologically proficient, including e-mail, tablets, smartphones, applications, etc.
Excellent listening skills, and a passion for delivering a great candidate experience.
Organized with strong attention to detail and can thrive in a fast paced environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Salary: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
