Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pilates Instructor to join our team. As a Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for leading group classes and providing personalized instruction to clients. Your expertise in fitness, program design, and anatomy knowledge will be essential in delivering high-quality Pilates sessions. If you have a strong background in Pilates and enjoy educating and motivating others, we would love to hear from you. All levels of certification welcome to apply!
Duties:
- Conducting group Pilates classes and providing individualized instruction
- Designing and implementing safe and effective Pilates programs for clients of all fitness levels
- Demonstrating proper form and technique during exercises
- Assisting clients with modifications or adjustments as needed
- Educating clients on the principles of Pilates and the benefits of regular practice
- Providing guidance on proper body mechanics and alignment
- Incorporating other fitness modalities such as yoga, personal training, cycling, or dance into sessions to enhance client experience
- Monitoring client progress and making necessary adjustments to their programs
- Maintaining a clean and organized studio environment
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Pilates principles, techniques, and equipment
- Ability to design and modify programs based on individual client needs and goals
- Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate clients
- Knowledge of anatomy and body mechanics to ensure safe exercise execution
- Experience in fitness sales to promote services and attract new clients
- Ability to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2 – 10 per week
