Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with sales managers and subject matter experts to assess training needs and develop customized sales training programs focused on KION NA products and solutions.
- Design and develop engaging and interactive classroom training materials, including presentations, case studies, role-plays, and simulations.
- Facilitate instructor-led training sessions to educate sales professionals on product features, benefits, competitive advantages, and sales techniques.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Continuously update and refine training materials to ensure accuracy and relevance in alignment with product updates and market trends.
- Provide coaching and support to sales professionals to reinforce learning and enhance sales effectiveness.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify opportunities for ongoing learning and development to support sales goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive schedule for all training events within the Sales Training Program, coordinating with stakeholders to optimize timing, locations, and content delivery methods to meet the diverse needs of our sales team while ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
- Effectively communicate sales techniques, product knowledge, and complex technical information to sales professionals.
- Effectively communicate features and benefits of KION NA products, solutions, and competitive landscape.
- Demonstrate sales methodologies, techniques, and best practices.

Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in relevant field or commensurate experience in the industrial trucks industry
- Familiarity with Workday or other LMS systems
- Experience interacting and training sales professionals on technical specifications
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
