What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician II position at Kirby Medical Center?
Description: Full-time position available working Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week. Hours could include weekends, holidays and on-call rotation. Assists in the performance of duties necessary to keep the physical structure and associated equipment of the facility in good repair. Minor maintenance, repairs and other duties are the primary duties. Assists the Facilities Department with plumbing, electrical, HVAC maintenance, landscaping, and grounds.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Valid state driver's license
- Any professional licenses (Freon, Electrical, Plumbing, etc) preferred
- 3-6 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Basic computer knowledge
