This Roofing Foreman position pays a competitive wage of $45,000 - $55,000/yr, depending on your record. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A ROOFING FOREMAN

As a Roofing Foreman, you are the captain of your construction team who ensures that you always win at meeting quality standards. You are also the face of our company to many of our customers since you are the one that is consistently out in the field during the project. With your friendly demeanor and positive attitude, you have customers cheering in no time. You are a can-do, get-it-done person who loves working in the great outdoors and takes responsibility for the performance of you and your team.

As both an offensive and defensive player, you help your team prevent delays and stay within budget, always staying one step ahead of Mother Nature. You document plays with a digital camera and download on a daily basis. Making material and dump truck runs as needed, you keep the job-site organized and well maintained. You confer calmly with inspectors to solve issues. You keep an accurate score of progress and receipts for supplies or materials purchased, promptly delivering to the Field Coordinator ad required by rules.

Your good leadership and attention to detail result in winning re-roof, new construction, or roof repair projects. Using your excellent coaching and mentoring skills, you motivate your team to strive for victory. They are in good hands--as you not only teach them well but are very attentive to safety and knowledgeable about OSHA requirements. Guided by your ethics, you never cheat as you put solid roofs over the heads of our customers and help our company win at staying in business!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A ROOFING FOREMAN

• A 3-year winning record as a roofer
• Reading and writing skills
• Valid driver's license and a driving record without any major fumbles
• Ability to withstand Mother Nature's tactics
• Athletic ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, lift up to 100 lbs occasionally, and climb ladders
• Leadership skills

WORK SCHEDULE

This is generally a Monday - Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm position.
