Kirkland's Flooring is a local flooring store based in Evans, GA looking to hire a full-time Warranty Coordinator. The position requires an individual to interact with customers, employees, and installation crews as you assist the owner in running a successful flooring business. It is also expected that the individual be a self-starter, well- organized, and willing to provide outstanding customer service. A key accountability is ensuring overall customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Warranty Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Investigate potential warranty issues
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Work with scheduling department to book repair appointments
- Create work orders for repairs and follow-up after completion
Warranty Coordinator Qualifications:
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Possess a high level of organization and attention to detail
- Experience in building trade and/or flooring is preferred but not required
Warranty Coordinator Compensation:
- Benefits available for full-time employees after waiting period include: health, dental, and vision insurance, paid vacation, paid holidays, and 401K options
- Pay negotiable depending on experience, starts at $15/hour
