What are the responsibilities and job description for the E-Commerce Project Manager position at Kistler Instrument Corp.?
Responsibilities of the E-Commerce Project Manager include:
- Participation in the group-wide E-Commerce project “myKistler” with focus on the NA-Market
- Responsible for NA-wide introduction and operation of myKistler
- Participation in the development of new features for the customer portal and surrounding systems (Mainly SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP ERP, SAP Cloud for customer)
- Participate in user acceptance testing, provide input, provide suggestions and engage in post deployment monitoring
- Determine trends and insights with ability to steer e-commerce channels.
- Partner closely with colleagues in Sales, Service, IT to develop and execute digital sales process
- Prepare reports to communicate performance of KPIs and critical metrics to business stakeholders
Qualifications:
Education & Career
- Higher education in business administration or information technology ideally with focus on "Digital Business".
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar function in B2B (international)
Hard skills
- Experience in project work, ideally in the maintenance / optimization of e-business sales processes (B2B).
- A background in consultative (Pre-) Sales or account management is a plus
Soft skills

- Personality with good communication skills
- Independent, analytical and solution-oriented working style
- Strong conceptual and structural thinking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experienced in Agile Working environments
