Location: Remote, with preference to those in Los Angeles or the surrounding area as it would benefit you to visit clients' restaurants to enrich your understanding of each unique client.

About Us: KitchenSync (kitchensync.us) is a finance, HR, marketing & advisory team behind some of the fastest-growing independent restaurant groups. Our in-house Marketing team is responsible for creating full-funnel messaging that earns target audience attention, grows restaurant awareness and drives repeat customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a social media calendar to keep pages alive with fresh and engaging content strategically published for optimal engagement.
  • Create content (write/design/curate/publish) for KitchenSync’s own social media and our restaurant clients and engage multiple audiences across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor the competitive social landscape to help stay ahead of the industry and social media trends and identify areas of opportunity.
  • Work across the department to coordinate campaigns and collaborations (influencers, affiliates, ambassadors).
  • Establish a conversion strategy by learning follower pain points and concerns and suggesting how to convert fans into customers.
  • Use social media listening tools to track and report efforts and provide insight on how to optimize efforts and adapt to algorithm changes.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience delivering high-quality social media campaigns.
  • Bachelor's degree or certificate in advertising, communications, marketing, or related field.
  • Skilled in graphic design and typography.
  • Comfortable creating reports and measurements to track results.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in communications and strong editing/proofreading skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year
