Data Engineer Qualifications
- Must be accountable and have good initiative to resolve any issues
- A programming generalist that can pick up new skillsets/languages
- Professional experience using: java, python, or another OOP language
- Experience with Google Cloud, BigQuery
- Must have experience with Kafka Streaming/Event Driven Systems
- Good experience of database technologies, structured/unstructured data, and writing SQL queries
Nice to have:
- Experience with spark streaming
- Scala experience
- Experience with Confluent Kafka Connect
Must relocate to Bentonville, AR; Reston, VA; Sunnyvale, CA; Atlanta, GA; or Dallas, TX
