Summary
This job requires strong analytical and technical abilities and demands fast, but carefully thought-out results. Strong leadership and control of the work process from beginning to end is necessary. The job centers around developing new ideas, systems and technology, and also analyzing and improving on old ones. A high level of expertise is expected and the ability to spot and correct errors is important. Work must be done right and quickly, while always focusing on accomplishing the goal and demanding the highest quality work from co-workers and subordinates. Interest and energy focuses primarily on the work at hand, with negligible inclination for small talk or social involvement. The broad scope of the job demands a factual, direct and authoritative style of communication. Position Responsibilities

  • Lead, Manage and hold Accountable the project team and all associated resources (internal and external)
  • Maintain P&L responsibilities for the Professional Services business unit
  • Perform quarterly budgeting and resource planning for the professional services department
  • Facilitate daily stand-up meetings with project team and communicate action items
  • Ensure adherence to communication cadence across the project portfolio
  • Manage and plan out resources across the project portfolio and pipeline
  • Work with project stakeholders and project team to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Manage change orders and direct change requests to appropriate resources
  • Ensure projects are completed within budget and scheduling restraints.
  • Maintain compliance with organization and client specific security and data privacy requirements.
  • Control and coordination with key partners and vendors to ensure project success

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication.
  • Ability to work and be available during our regular business hours in EST time zone
  • Availability to work after hours and weekends as needed.
  • PMP or CAPM Certification Required
  • 10 yrs. Hands-On IT implementation and project management experience with some of the following Infrastructure IT projects:
  • Microsoft 365 Service Enablement and Migrations
  • Windows Server Deployments
  • Network Routing, Switching, VPN and SD-WAN
  • Office Build Outs
  • Cloud IaaS Migrations
  • Experience working with an IT Service Ticketing system such as ConnectWise Manage or similar.
  • Experience working with project planning tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana or similar.
